Hydraulically operated butt-welding machine suitable for HDPE pipes and fittings from 32" to 54" IPS
Details
- Welding range 32" to 54" IPS. Maximum wall thickness at 54" is DR 11
- Welds according to ASTM, ISO and POP003 high pressure welding standards
- CNC operated - input pipe diameter and DR, then PLC controls temperature, time and pressure automatically
- 20,000+ weld data logging included as standard
- Included as standard:
- Main frame, including 4 main clamps of 54" diameter
- Removable electric facing tool with current overload protection
- Electrohydraulic pump with controls and quick release hoses. Includes countdown timers for heating and cooling phases
- PTFE coated heating plate with electronic temperature control. Heating plate automatically separates from pipe ends after heating
- Stand for heating plate and facing tool
- Tool box including tools, bolts, etc.
