Hydraulically operated butt-welding machine suitable for PE and PP pipes and fittings from 630 - 1200mm
Details
- Welding range 630 to 1200mm SDR 11 (PN16). 630 to 800mm SDR 9
- Welds according to ISO, ANZ POP003 and DVS low pressure
- Included as standard:
- Main frame, including 4 light weight alloy main clamps of 1200mm diameter
- Removable cast Aluminium electric facing tool with current overload protection
- Electrohydraulic pump with controls, and quick release hoses. Includes countdown timers for heating and cooling phases
- PTFE coated heating plate with electronic temperature control. The heating plate automatically separates from pipe ends after heating
- Stand for heating plate and facing tool
- Tool box including tools, bolts, selected spare parts, etc.
- Wired ready to accept Weldpoly or other suitable data logger
