Provides an excellent and fast platform for welding HDPE pipes and fittings from 32" to 54", or alternatively 800mm to 1400mm.
Details
- Welding according to ASTM, ISO and POP003 high pressure welding standards
- Welds HDPE pipe from 32" to 54" IPS. DIPS and metric clamps available separately
- Maximum wall thickness at 54" is DR 11.
- CNC operated, requiring only input of pipe diameter and DR. PLC then takes care of temperature, time and pressure
- 20,000+ weld data logging included
